We use information to notify businesses about missed calls and leads, send or display lead recovery messages, qualify service requests, help schedule appointments, show business performance and recovered revenue metrics, and improve reliability and product functionality.
Third-Party Services
Never Get Missed may use third-party providers for communication, artificial intelligence, scheduling, analytics, hosting, and payment processing. Examples may include Twilio, OpenAI, Google Calendar, Stripe, and cloud hosting providers.
Phone And SMS Data
Never Get Missed is intended to work with business communication systems, such as Twilio or VoIP business numbers. The app should not access a user's personal call logs or personal SMS messages unless a future version clearly discloses that use and complies with all applicable platform policies.
